“Wolf Attack at Greek Resort Sparks Safety Concerns”

A wolf attacked a young girl while she was at a holiday resort in Greece. The incident occurred in Neos Marmaras on the Halkidiki peninsula. Fortunately, the girl’s mother intervened, and the child, who is from Serbia, sustained minor injuries on her back and leg.

Following the attack, the girl received medical treatment and was later released from the hospital. Authorities are now searching for the wolf, which wildlife experts believe has become too accustomed to human presence.

Cameras have been installed in the area to locate the wolf. Residents and tourists have been advised to be cautious, especially with children and pets. The wolf has been seen roaming confidently around the village, causing concern among the locals.

Efforts are underway to trap the wolf, as it is the first recorded instance of a wolf attacking a human in Greece. In a separate incident in the Netherlands, a six-year-old child was also attacked by a wolf, highlighting the growing concerns of such encounters.

The wolf in question, known as Bram, has a history of aggressive behavior, including biting a girl and knocking over a toddler. Authorities are taking measures to ensure the safety of the community and prevent further attacks.
