“Virgin Media Launches Flash Sale: Free LG Smart TVs!”

In anticipation of the FIFA World Cup ending today, Virgin Media has launched a flash sale offering free LG Smart TVs. Customers who sign up for one of four Virgin TV and broadband packages can avail themselves of this offer, which includes hundreds of channels, complimentary Netflix, and the choice to add Sky Sports and Cinema coverage. The eligible packages are Virgin’s Cinema, Sports, Cinema + Sports, or Max Volt bundles.

Upon taking advantage of the promotion, customers have the option to receive either a 43” LG Ultra HD smart TV valued at £249.99 or a £125 bill credit, providing significant savings on service costs. However, customers must claim this offer by 11.59 pm on Wednesday, May 27.

Virgin’s TV packages offer over 200 channels and a free Netflix subscription. The Cinema bundle, priced at £44.99, includes full Sky Cinema access and 362Mbps fibre broadband. For sports enthusiasts, the Sport bundle at £54.99 replaces Sky Cinema with complete Sky Sports coverage. Customers can also combine both packages with the Sport + Cinema bundle at £64.99, which enhances the broadband speed to 512Mbps. The premium option, the Max Volt bundle at £76.99, includes over 230 TV channels, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports, Netflix, 1,130Mbps broadband, and an unlimited O2 SIM.

Virgin Media is currently offering a free 43″ LG smart TV or £125 bill credit to customers who switch to one of its Cinema, Sports, Cinema + Sports, or Max Volt TV bundles by May 27. Additionally, Virgin has introduced the One Touch Switch scheme, simplifying the switching process for new customers by handling communications with their current provider on their behalf.

It is important to note that Virgin’s monthly prices will increase by £4 each April, so customers should consider this when committing to the 24-month contracts. Sky has launched a competing sale before the World Cup, reducing the prices of its Glass smart TVs to as low as £4.50 per month.

In other news, Amazon has revealed its revamped Fire TV lineup along with the introduction of the Ember Artline model, which offers discounts of up to £320 and is designed to compete with Samsung’s The Frame TV.

Virgin Media customers have shown high satisfaction levels, leaving numerous positive reviews for the brand’s TV and broadband packages. Customers have praised the ‘blisteringly fast’ broadband speeds and the overall value provided by Virgin’s services.

Customers’ testimonials highlight the seamless experience of switching to Virgin Media, with positive comments on the user-friendly controls, broadband speed, channel variety, and competitive pricing.
