Moreover, Virgin Media can remotely perform fixes overnight to avoid daytime disturbances, applying updates or repairs while customers are asleep. If necessary, the service can recommend WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades for enhanced whole-home coverage, with the option for customers to schedule a free engineer visit for more serious issues.
