A local report detailed how the unmasked toilet sign in Solovyov’s report inadvertently disclosed the secret location, causing a ripple of concern.
The exposure of Rubicon poses a challenge to Putin’s defense minister, Andrei Belousov, who was instrumental in its development. The center is pivotal in the development, testing, and deployment of new drones and plays a crucial role on the front lines of the conflict.
