“England Rugby Star Betrayed on Reality Show Finale”

A former teammate of Joe Marler from the England rugby squad alleged that he was betrayed during the final episode of the reality show “Celebrity Traitors.” Marler, who recently retired from international rugby, was part of the cast of 19 celebrities on the BBC show, chosen to uncover a group of Traitors.

Known for his outspoken nature on the program, Marler reached the final round alongside actor Nick Mohammed. Despite forming a close bond and making a pact with Mohammed, he was ultimately ousted when Mohammed changed his vote in the final moments, allowing another contestant to claim the charity prize.

Marler’s former England colleagues were shocked by the turn of events during the show’s finale. Second-row Alex Coles shared his thoughts on Marler’s portrayal and personality, praising his charisma and humor, which showcased a different side of rugby players to the public.

Despite the unexpected outcome, Marler harbors no resentment towards Mohammed post the show’s conclusion. Speaking about Mohammed’s decision, Marler expressed his admiration for him, emphasizing the camaraderie they shared during their time on the show.

During the program, Marler also developed a friendship with comedian Joe Wilkinson, praising his humor and intelligence. The show’s dramatic conclusion aside, Marler reflected positively on his experience and interactions with his fellow contestants.
