Despite being just 18 years old, Littler faced six failed attempts before finally achieving a passing score on his theory test. Now officially licensed to drive, a driving school shared a photo of the proud young darts prodigy, which he then reposted on his own social media.
His accomplishment was acknowledged with a message that read, “Congratulations to Luke Littler on passing his driving test today at Warrington on his first attempt with ZERO driving faults.” The post praised his remarkable feat and encouraged him to enjoy his newfound freedom on the road.
During the summer, Littler shared his disappointment after his fifth theory test failure, narrowly missing the passing mark by just two points. However, in September, he managed to secure a passing grade on his theory test, ensuring his eligibility to hit the road legally.
Having expressed his desire to purchase a new car with his prize money from winning the world title in January 2025, Littler prioritized obtaining his driving license first. He mentioned his preference for a Mercedes A-Class and his plans to start driving lessons before reaching his twenties to ensure he doesn’t miss out.
