Recently, Stacey took to Instagram to post a heartwarming video of Teddy enjoying some pampering. In the video, Teddy offered his paw after a grooming session, with Stacey explaining that she had to take him to a professional groomer as it was challenging for her to wash him at home because he couldn’t stand up.
Expressing her gratitude for the concern shown towards Teddy, Stacey described him as a happy and lovely dog. She also disclosed that Teddy will not regain the use of his legs but is adapting well to using a wheelchair.
Stacey affectionately referred to Teddy as a good boy and showered him with affection in the video, emphasizing his resilience in adjusting to his new circumstances.
Earlier in the year, Stacey shared with her followers that Teddy had fallen ill suddenly and underwent a procedure. In May, she revealed that Teddy had suffered a burst disc, resulting in the loss of function in his hind legs. Despite the likelihood that he may not regain feeling in his legs, Teddy now relies on a wheelchair for mobility.
In a July update, Stacey joyfully showcased Teddy’s progress with his wheelchair, expressing her delight in seeing him active and playful once again. She mentioned that they consulted with a vet and purchased the wheelchair to enhance Teddy’s quality of life.
Stacey concluded her post by praising Teddy for his resilience and patience through the challenges he has faced, expressing her commitment to providing him with the best care possible.
