Lenovo has entered the tablet market with its latest offering, the Tab Plus Gen 2, challenging Apple’s dominant position in the industry. The device features a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display with a high refresh rate of 120Hz and impressive Dolby Vision visuals.
One of the standout features of the Tab Plus Gen 2 is its unique design, which includes a large circular speaker powered by JBL technology. This speaker not only enhances audio quality for entertainment purposes but also doubles as a Bluetooth speaker, complete with Dolby Atmos support for an immersive sound experience.
The tablet also boasts a built-in kickstand that can rotate 360 degrees, allowing users to enjoy content in landscape and portrait modes effortlessly. Additionally, the kickstand can be transformed into a convenient carry handle for increased portability.
Under the hood, the Tab Plus Gen 2 is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, a sizeable 10,200mAh battery with fast charging capabilities, and 128GB of storage that can be expanded via an SD Card. Priced at £369, the device offers a compelling alternative to Apple’s iPad lineup, which starts at £429 for the base model and goes up to £749 for the enhanced Air model.
